Hans Hoyer 801 Double Horn

The Hans Hoyer 801 is an excellent German made instrument played by professionals and the advancing student alike. The 801 is in the Geyer style of French Horns and this model takes design cues from some of the original Carl Geyer horns. The well balanced design is very similar to the originals of the 1950’s with rich tone colors and similar resistance. Careful attention was given to the positioning of the braces as well as on the ergonomic arrangement of the valve and thumb levers.
