This Brigadier tenor saxophone is a copy of Conn's Wonder Series tenor sax, and was manufactured in 1915. That (obviously) means that this tenor is over a century old! Considering its age, it's in great shape. Any original laquer or plating has worn off of this instrument, and it's missing a few more modern options, but it is mechanically sound and plays in tune, which is a fear for 103 years old! Our professional woodwind technician has made all necessary adjustments and all of its pads are sealing properly. This instrument would be a great option for a collector of vintage horns. It does not have a high F# key or a Bb trill key near the bow, but its a really neat find for anyone interested in saxophone history or WWI-era musical instruments.
