Our E12 that we have here is in beautiful shape. Its case is in pristine condition, as is the instrument. The wood still has its lacquer shine that it did when it was new, and all of its keys move freely and easily. There are a few very minor scratches here and there on the body, but you have to be looking for them to find them. Our professional woodwind technician replaced a number of pads, and made several adjustments to ensure that the instrument is in good playing condition.
