The Gemeinhardt 4SP piccolo is all silver-plated and features a conical bore design and soldered tone holes. It offers a bright sound with crisp articulation, making it a classic choice for marching or concert ensembles. The metal piccolo design has the attributes of a silver-plated instrument, ensuring durability and ease of care and maintenance as well as incredible projection. All Gemeinhardt 4SP piccolos are made by Gemeinhardt in Elkhart, Indiana, USA.

This piccolo is in great cosmetic and playing shape and has been checked over by our professional woodwind repair technician. The silver plating is in excellent condition with the exception of the touch pieces, which have been apparently hand-engraved with the former owner's name. It is purely cosmetic, does not affect the playing condition at all, and is actually kind of nice to have a textured piece to help keep your hands from slipping!

The instrument comes in a hard case, perfect for students to keep safe in their bags. If you are not bothered by the additional engraving you can get a terrific instrument for a great price.
