From King:

"The King 3B trombone is built with a classic jazz trombone style in mind.  It features a .508” bore for excellent control in all ranges of the instrument.  The yellow brass bell offers a quick response. A vintage balancer and deluxe style bell engraving are included on this trombone.  A sleek hard shell case protects this trombone when not in use.  These king small bore straight trombones have set the standard in jazz performance for generations."

This trombone arrived here in our shop in good condition, but did require some work before being put up for sale. A thorough cleaning in our ultrasonic tank did the trick and worked out all the sluggish-ness. It has our technician's stamp of approval, and is ready to go. Original case is included. Overall, this trombone's lacquer is in good shape. Wear in the lacquer shows up most notably at the gooseneck, and some additional wear on the main tuning slide. Evidence of previous dentwork and a few scratches can also be found on the bell and along the outer hand-slides. This type of wear is cosmetic only, and is common on vintage horns. Very minor plating wear can be found on the inner slide, but only trace amounts.
