Another great Leblanc trumpet! For anyone looking for that warm, smoky, French club sound, this Medallion is absolutely one to consider. It's got a very centered tone with an ease of playability in all registers. The large bore will give it enough room to push for solo/lead playing, but can also back off very nicely to blend with the rest of the section when needed. 

As far as 70+ year old trumpets go, this one is in great shape. Some lacquer wear can be found at the back of the bell where a dent once was, and some very minor wear can be spotted around the engravings on the valve casings and just a few tiny spots on the main tuning slide crook. The horn was in overall good cosmetic condition, but our professional brass technician worked out a dent in the back of the bell, and then cleaned it in our ultrasonic tank to get it in tip-top playing condition.
