This beautiful Phaeton 2051 C Trumpet is a very early Phaeton instrument, and has a great look and an even better response. Phaeton's unique bracing and their ornamental gold trim would make this trumpet stand out in anyone's collection. But the real draw of the instrument is in the way that it plays. It's bright, but also even in all registers, and its tone is nice and centered compared to many used C trumpets we've seen here. The reverse tuning slide style on this horn will give it a very open feeling, but its medium-large bore will provide enough resistance where the player will not feel like they are getting lost in this horn. 

This Phaeton 2051 C trumpet arrived here in our shop in great shape, but required a bit of work to get it back into good playing condition.
