What is your shipping policy?
We use FedEx Ground for most online instrument orders, and we find them reasonable and reliable.
You as the Buyer pay all shipping and handling costs on an order. If an item is returned for any reason, the buyer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping.
What is your return policy?
New & Used Instruments: Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days if the item is in the same condition with all warranty paperwork and packaging materials. Instrument returns will incur a mandatory 15% re-stocking fee. If your instrument is shipped to you, the return policy begins the day your instrument arrives. In certain circumstances, a refund may be processed via paper check instead of a credit card return.
Mouthpieces: We do not accept returns on mouthpiece purchases.
Sheet Music: We do not accept returns on print music.
Other accessories: Generally, we accept returns for 7 days after items are purchased if the item is in the same condition with all packaging and paperwork included. Some items may incur a 15% restocking fee.
