What is your shipping policy?

 

We use FedEx Ground for most online instrument orders, and we find them reasonable and reliable.

You as the Buyer pay all shipping and handling costs on an order, including customs fees/taxes for international orders. If an item is returned for any reason, the buyer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

What is your return policy?

 

New & Used Instruments: Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days if the item is in the same condition with all warranty paperwork and packaging materials. Instrument returns will incur a mandatory 15% re-stocking fee. If your instrument is shipped to you, the return policy begins the day your instrument arrives. If you wish to return a shipped item for any reason, you will need to contact us before the end of the 7 days to make arrangements for the return. In certain circumstances, a refund may be processed via paper check instead of a credit card return. Additionally, any instruments purchased with financing through United Midwest Savings Bank are non-returnable.

Mouthpieces: We do not accept returns on mouthpiece purchases.

Sheet Music: We do not accept returns on print music. 

Other accessories: Generally, we accept returns for 7 days after items are purchased if the item is in the same condition with all packaging and paperwork included. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, no matter the reason for the return.

 

 

Please note:
If you order and pay for an instrument or an accessory and then change your mind, you will incur a restocking fee even if the item has not shipped yet. If an item is listed as "call for availability" and you purchase it before confirming the time frame meets your requirements, you will be charged a restocking fee if you cancel the order. Please ask any and all questions before you purchase!
