When we say this XO 1270 Euphonium is "used," we're using that term lightly. This horn was VERY gently used when during its stay at its first home, and now it's ready to find a new home! It's in beautiful cosmetic shape, and its got excellent intonation. The yellow brass bell and leadpipe will offer a rich and focused response, and the silver plate adds just the right amount of brightness. XO is a younger brand, and we expect their instruments to go up in price very soon, so don't miss out on a great deal while there's one available! Its original case is in just as good of shape as the horn, and a mouthpiece is included to get you playing right away! 

Only a few signs of use are apparent on this horn. There's a handful of light surface scratches on the bell stem and bow, but otherwise, there are just light marks from polishing over the last couple years, and no signs of any dentwork or soldering. Our professional brass technician needed to do very little work to this horn to prep it for sale. It came in clean as can be, so our tech just put some fresh oil and grease on the valve and slides, and then polished the horn top to bottom. A spot of plating wear can be found on the pipe coming out of the back of the 1st valve casing, and that's the only spot we could find any wear in the finish.
