The Artley 18Q is a great option for someone who is starting Oboe for the first time. This is a student level instrument, it does not have a low Bb or left hand F key. The crafted silver-plated mechanism offers easy playability, incredible responsiveness, and reliable intonation.


This oboe has seen a fair amount of usage throughout the years and it required A&O (adjust & oil) service before being ready for sale. Our Oboe technician leveled pads, replaced missing key corks, straightened keys, replaced broken springs and regulated the instrument to put it back into working condition.
