Bach is a brand that has an excellent reputation in the trombone community, many of their offerings are considered classic choices for players. So why not give the Bach 50-T Bass trombone a try! With a Full dark tone, excellent response and a lot of power, this 50-T bass trombone will shine in any ensemble! Please note that this is a single valve bass trombone. What distinguishes this Bach 50-T is the open wrap design with the addition of a Thayer Valve instead of a traditional Rotor Valve. This creates more straight pathways for the air to travel. This ultimately allows for a more free blowing instrument.

Our professional trombone technician spent quality time with this Bass Trombone. It underwent a full ultrasonic cleaning along with a polishing of both inner & outer bearing surfaces of slide tubes. It also had a slide and valve realignment. Our technician replaced the valve cork bumpers and the waterkey cork. Finally, the tuning slide was greased and the slide reassembled and lubricated. The 50-T received a play test of the instrument to confirm it was all good to go! It's in great shape, and comes in a Protec case to accompany it as well.

If you're on the market for single valve bass trombones, this is a fantastic choice because of these free blowing design considerations. Come by today to check it out today!
