Benge had a remarkable reputation as a trumpet company amongst professional players, students serious about advancing their musicality, and the recording industry during the 1960s. The company did little advertising, selling trumpets mostly to professionals and serious students through a network of professional players. Consequently, Benge was originally a very "boutique" brand.  This trumpet provides a brilliant and compact tone, ideal for any type of music. 

This horn came to us in great used condition; any necessary corks and felts were replaced, and the horn was disassembled and given an ultrasonic cleaning by our repair shop. There are only minor shows of wear on the horn, with small scratches on the bell and tubing. Overall, the lacquer is in good cosmetic condition. Stop by our shop to give this horn a play!
