Conn trombones have proven to be popular and reliable over their long history, and we usually have a few various models in stock, but we get extra excited when we get Elkhart-era Conns. These are sought after by young and experienced players alike for their impeccable build quality and even response. This one in particular is in good shape cosmetically, but is showing some signs of use. There is a dent scar in the bell throat and main tuning slide, and a little lacquer wear/acid bleed on the gooseneck. A few surface scratches can be found on the bell stem, as well. The hand slide is in great shape, only showing a couple nicks in the lacquer from regular use. There are a pair of spots at the very end of the inner slide stockings showing plating wear, but they don't cause any drag when using the slide.

All our professional brass technician needed to do was disassemble the horn and clean it in our ultrasonic tank. Now that it's lubed, assembled, and play-tested,  it's ready for you! Come to Horn Stash today to check it out!
