Olds Recording models seem to be making a comeback in the trumpet/cornet field, and their trombone counterparts surely would do the same if they were readily available, but we hardly ever see them! So, given how rare they've become, we're extra excited to have an Olds Recording Trombone in our inventory. On top of being hard-to-find, this trombone is in great cosmetic and playing condition.

A trio of small scratches (through the lacquer) can be found around the bell's engraving, and some very faint surface scratches (lacquer still intact) can be found along the bell throat. Obviously, none of this impacts the instrument's playability. Before arriving in our shop, it looks like the main tuning slide had some dents that were worked out, and some cloudiness in the lacquer was left behind. Some mild surface scratches can also be found on the outer slide and mouthpiece receiver. Very, very minor plating wear can be found at the very end of the lower inner slide, but cannot be felt with the slide action.

Our professional brass technician gave this horn a cleaning in our ultrasonic tank, then re-lubed and play-tested this horn before bringing it to retail to list for sale. It's ready and waiting for you, so don't delay! Come to Horn Stash today to check out this fantastic Olds Recording Trombone!
