The Mark VII marked a transition point in Selmer's saxophone production, offering players powerful bright sounds and rich harmonics that were tailored to the rock and pop sounds of the late 1970s. Featuring larger table keys and a more focused sound than its predecessor, the Mark VI, these horns provide versatility and comfort to players.
This Mark VII has been looked over by our professional technician and had a bit of work done, including some minor dentwork, pad replacement, and a full cleaning to get this beauty back into playing shape. This horn does have some scratches around the bell, body, and neck, as well as some lacquer missing due to its age and wear, none of which affects the warm, powerful tone of this saxophone.
