Armstrong flutes have been relied on at the student and professional level for many, many years. We've seen a great many of them pass through our shop and we've found them to be incredibly consistent over the years, and their pro models often come in at a really generous price tag compared to some of their imported counterparts. This flute in particular checks many of the boxes for teacher preference: open holes, pointed arms, B foot, solid silver body and head, case AND Pearl bag included. This flute features the more traditional inline G, which younger players may need to adjust to. 

This flute's solid silver body and headjoint will offer players a warm and dark response, perfect for blending in a section, or for playing as a soloist. Overall, it's in great shape. Some signs of wear are showing on the tenons, and the keys are scratch-free. On the back of the body, there are two mild scratches visible, and one on the footjoint. 

When prepping this instrument for sale, our professional flute technician did not need to replace any pads, and only adjusting and oiling up and down the instrument was required.
